Cooling Unit Cabinet

Our cooling cabinet is made of 1mm (20 swg) with 225 GSM Zinc Coated Galvanized Pre Painted sheet for long lasting finish and durability.

  • The 1mm Prepainted sheet involves unwinding of skin-passed 225gsm Galvanized coil, cleaning / brushing, rinsing, degreasing, chemical pre-treatment consisting of surface conditioning, conversion coating, chromating and drying.

  • The treated strip surface is then coated with three layers of organic coatings: Primer coat of 5-7 micron, Top coat 18 – 20 micron and Back c oat of 10 micron in three-stageroll- coating stations and oven-cured at each stage. This result in highly durable and high quality finishes.

  • Our air inlet area is maximized using a specially researched & developed back panel to optimize evaporation.

Evaporative Cooling Media

“Our cooling medium, CELdek® pads are imported from Sweden”

  • The steeper angle in CELdek® evaporative cooling media directs more water to the air entering side of the pad, where it is needed the most.

  • The impregnation procedure for the cellulose paper ensures a strong self-supporting product, with high absorbance, which is protected against decomposition and rotting and therefore increasing longevity.

Air Handling Unit

We use the best performing Exhaust fans, which are most energy efficient, noiseless, long lasting and heavy duty performers. Moreover, our Fan/Blower is designed to give highest air delivery outside the cooler.

  • Excellently engineered for good air circulation and friction free rotation.

  • All models specially designed & exclusively available only with us.

  • Uniform and consistent geometry along with a total dynamically balanced profile that ensures minimum power losses, thereby allowing power saving in the air cooler.

Revolutionary Cooler Pumps

We use specialized submersible pumps that ensure good performance and quality. This has been made possible by using higher quantity of high grade conducting raw material, high Gauss level magnets and special scale free shaft.

 

Remote Controllers

All operations by Remote Controller. Digital Fuzzy Logic control specially designed for our colers is used.

  • We use specially designed REMOTE CONTROLLERS to enhance the cooler capability to give a new atmospheric mood, comfort and saving of electricity & water.

  • State-of-art microprocessor based 100% solid state circuit with 6 levels of humidity control, Sleep mode & 10 levels of speed of fan.
